• VALIDATION WORLD takes control early in the process including the transportation service partners that operate on the origin and destination sites. Project management processes are introduced including the creation and development of a RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies).
• A VALIDATION WORLD project manager is present at the customer’s site as necessary. When required, VALIDATION WORLD runs regular conference calls and schedules meetings with both the customer and the transportation service partners.
